Are Cupcake Babies Small Baths safe for newborns?
Yes. Our product are designed by parents & midwives and tested to meet and exceed global safety standards. Even more, this bath was ddesigned so that newborns feel 'at home' after spending months in mommy's womb. These baths are also used un maternities and premature units by professionals due to its soft and suave material and design.
How long can I use this Cupcake Babies Small Bath?
You can use the Cupcake Babies Small Bath from birth up to around 12 months — or until your baby is confidently sitting up independently. The founder of Cupcake Babies, Alexandra, her daughter used the bath during her first 16 months.
How much water is needed and will it fit in my sink?
It requires only 2 liters of water (about 0.5 US gallons) to give your baby a full bath — light on water and easy on your back. Due to its design, the water remains longer warm than a traditional bath.
As it is designed to be compact and lightweight, it fits into all kitchen sinks or rest comfortably on most countertops, perfect for small spaces.
How does it keep baby safe and secure during bath time?
Bottom is inflatable with tubes that are suave and soft and prevent from sliding. Also once baby grows, top of bath has inflatable neckrest. Due to verticla tubes and design, bath adapts to baby's form and body. Also, as you ccan bathe baby in upright position, it adds to overall comfort for both of you.
What about the assembly & care instructions?
No assembly required. Product is ready to use after inflated. Pump (inflator) included.
After use, rinse with damp cloth.
What happens when baby grows — do I need to upgrade?
Once your baby can sit up and is too big for the supportive position, it’s recommended to upgrade to a larger tub (for instance the brand’s big bath), so bath time remains safe and comfortable.
